Olympic Triathlon

An Olympic triathlon consists of swimming, biking, and running 1.5, 46k, and 10 km (0.93, 24.8, 6.2 miles). You transition smoothly through each leg of the race, putting on your bike helmet when you're still dripping from swimming, and tying your running shoes while racking your bike.

I finished 1st in Athena, 2nd in my age group, and 17th overall with a 44.29 min. swim (2.58/100 yrds), 75 min bike (17.5 mph), and a 51.42 min run (8.20 min. mile). My finish race buddy is Jared Dugger, who finished before me, and circled around running the last 500m with me, encouraging a sprint to the finish!
