Over the course of my sunbeam teaching, I've received multiple notes. This decorated dandy is just one of them. How I love my little kiddies.
- We were pretending to be puppies to illustrate a point in the lesson. Something wet moved on my leg, and I turned around to a sunbeam licking my leg, as if it were a fire hydrant.
- I felt a breeze in my hair, and turned to see my sunbeam glowing. He said, "Look teacher, I spit my gum in your hair!"
- Sometimes children who need 'attention' sit on my lap and I'll rock them back and forth, or hum a little hymn into their ear. One sunbeam liked rocking so much that even after I stopped, she kept going. It wasn't until she proceeded into a nose dive that I realized she'd fallen completely asleep.
