Buzzer and Scout

Scout has become Ben's best friend.  She is smart, plays fetch, can shake hands, and protects Ben from every and anything... especially the worst of all things... it begins with a beep, beep, beep...it happens on a daily frequency...it begins at 6:30 am.... yes, Scout protects Ben from waking up.  To put it more accurately, when Mom comes down and shakes Ben into cognition, Scout growls whenever Ben gets a shake, even of the most meager force.  Scout growls until she gets the look from Mom, at which point she shimmies back under the bed, letting Buzzer fend for himself.
