Objective: Get home to welcome her out of surgery as quick as humanly possible, and clean the house.
Impediment: Living in Idaho Falls and Rexburg. Three hour drive.
Nonetheless: KK and I wrapped up all duties and sped (within the law of course...) home.
Arrival: We drove down the street, noticing stacked cars...
Entrance: Mom was on the couch surrounded by every immediate family member who lived within 5,000 miles.
Result: Reinforcement that we love Mom, and we want to serve. Some may think overkill, I believe it was a sacred moment of support for me. Still ruminating.

I hope she is feeling better. I have known a few cases of kidney stones around here, too. Crazy stuff. You guys are so great!
