On my way to the airport I stopped at Redondo Beach, my Mom's old stomping grounds. It's amazing what time away from work does to me. I was without internet, technical articles, and my calculator. It took me a while to learn to relax, but I did stop long enough to climb out onto the pier to enjoy my sandwich.
