Justin had arthroscopy and sewing of a labral tear this weekend, and I've dubbed myself his diligent nurse. We pulled in duo recliners, bought six bags of peas (they are the best manipulable ice bags), bags of lettuce for healthy eating, my favorite movie: Cyrano de Bergerac (French only!), and Justin's new book: Clash of Orthodoxies by Robert P. George. It was my special present for him- I knew reading it would aid in his recovery!
To enjoy the sunshine, we ventured outside. I promised J that the Vitamin D produced in our bodies via exposure to sunlight was absolutely necessary for a speedy recovery. Plus, I needed a nap. ...and it was ever so sunny today!
