I spent a little of my Labor Day hiking up the Palisade Creek Trail above Swan Valley in Idaho. It's about 50 miles southeast of Idaho Falls. It's a 4-mile hike; it was overcast and the weather was the perfect mix of cool and warm, with a slight breeze.

Well.. this is my first hike not by myself! I went with a boy, but he wouldn't let me take any pics. So they're all of me. A la vive.
