J and I adopted the following mantra over Christmas break, "When in Utah, do as the Utahns do." We had to
adopt this, of course, because we're technically not Utahns-- we're Californians! To celebrate our time in Utah, we gathered together the troops (K, S, B, and Sam), and tried our hand at night-skiing. On our way off the slopes at the conclusion of the evening, temperatures were clocking at -10 degrees. Delightful!
